Alright! I got a reply back from the Bakersfield Camaro Club.
Their President, Trevor Long, has informed me that they cannot join us on the 28th because they have their own event going on, but he has offered to post our website and the 2010 schedule on their club site! Apparently he's a big SCCA fan.
Hope to add more good news to this thread in the next week or so.

Quick update:
I spoke with Brandon from Central Valley Mustangs and he said he will announce our upcoming school(s) at a board meeting and at their next general meeting.
I also forwarded the rest of the 2010 schedule to him.
We are also now listed on the California Car Club List.
Tony, was that list of shows/parades helpful? I am not sure what's do-able or feasible for us out of that list...

I saw that your soliciting suggestions from members, but hope you don't mind if I chime in.
Is there a way to add keywords to your home page to make it come up in Google/Bing/whatever search results? In other words, I found your org by accident. If I search for many valley town names (other than Fresno)+ autocross, it doesn't find your page directly. I'd think it would help if someone punched in "Turlock autocross" and the 1st result was Fresnoscca.com.
I tried "Modesto Autocross" and did find an old Craigslist ad, so at least thats something.
Side note: One of the search results was a cool old Modesto Bee archive from 1972 where they covered an autox for for charity, with a picture of local racing legend Allen Grant, who was a participant in his Pantera. Whoa! That would be like Micheal Schumacher showing up for one of your events in a Saleen S7. THATS EXPOSURE!
