NCRC track day March 22nd Monday

Dear Drivers,
A lot of you have asked us why we haven’t opened our Buttonwillow events yet, and why we have so few days at Thunderhill compared to prior years. Here is an update.
Thunderhill: Due to a serious business dispute that we have with the track, Thunderhill has cancelled all our events. We have retained the services of an attorney and a complaint will be filed against the track in the next few days. Once the lawsuit is filed we will be able to give you a lot more information.
Buttonwillow: The March 22 event is cancelled, for now we are only opening the two weekends. We will be able to give you more information regarding the single-day events very soon.
We will refund the event payments for the cancelled events over the next week. If you have any questions regarding your NCRC membership or annual tech payments, please contact us.

Monday March 22, Buttonwillow - Get To Know NCRC Day

$49 for those who have not run with NCRC before! WHAT A DEAL!!!

Config #1 CW. Five 20/25 minute OT sessions per group and four (practice, qual, race, race) sessions for the race group.
Registration: $99/day for OT or Race

Group Passing Rules Minimum Experience
Race Wheel to wheel racing, under "gentleman's rules" - no contact allowed Previous racing experience, race license with no suspensions, or approval from ARC management
Open Full track mandatory passing with no point-by 20+ Track days experience, or 15 track days with race or driving school background
Point-By Full track mandatory passing with point-by 8-20 Track days experience, multiple tracks
Solo Mandatory passing on straights with point-by, optional passing in some turns 1-7 Previous track days experience Driving School School-specific No track experience

We will be opening the Buttonwillow single-day events for registration on Jan 4th.

Why do you guys always pick a date I can't do? 3/21 is my wife & I anniversary. We always spend it at Cayucos. It's bad enough I have to miss an autocross, but a track day too?!

Is this the same date for the $49 first time w/ NCRC event. If so, I may come out. A little shakedown/warm-up before the April 10-11 @ MRLS event is just what is needed.
