Default I need a good body shop

AAA sent me a list of their approved so now I'm asking for your advice. This happened today about 11:00 on east-bound Herndon between Fresno St. & First St. Five car - and one teardrop trailer - nose to tail contact. I was in the middle and got the worst of it.

    So, any body shop recommendations?160513_0019.jpg

Yeah, the tongue of the trailer acted like a dull can opener.

Hi Ron, sorry about New Blue!!

    Two places to try:
When my Mazda 3 was hit a couple of years ago, I used Caliber Collision and was happy with their work repairing both driver side doors that were damaged by a hit-and-run driver. http://calibercollision.com/locate-a...center/fresno/

Diamond Auto Body & Paint. I haven't used their services (yet) but my car guy client uses them for his cars so I would trust them. http://www.diamondautobodyandpaint.com/

If you don't find a good repair place, you can always buy a New New Blue (ND!!!)

Lynn and I just joined the SCCA and my first view of the forum was your post. Not a good picture. Hope you are okay. If you need help repairing the teardrop, let me know. We just finished a Benroy to pull behind the Mini.

I haven't dealt with either of these in awhile, but, Brads in Clovis did some satisfactory work for me and Diamond did a lot of work for me when I was at BMW. Diamond might still remember me if you want to drop a name.

WOW! This is fortuitous. Talk about good karma. Yes, I will probably need help with the trailer. I expect the insurance company will write it off and give me a check. I plan on doing my best to fix it and I don't know anybody with more experience than you. I'm sure I'll be taking you up on that. Besides which I can see the Benroy.

Joined SCCA??? YAY! Does this mean you are finally preparing to become a volunteer race official?

Thanks for the names. Does anybody have any experience with ZJ's? They are AAA approved and real close to me.

My condolences on your loss. That is a nasty punt in the rear. I'll side with Audrey's thought to get a newest new blue.
