To all that had login difficulties earlier today, the issue has now been resolved. There is an option in the admin settings for each user to specify if DST is to be automatically updated. I have this set to YES for everyone, but for some reason it didn't change the time this morning.
This causes it to think you are logging in an hour after you requested the page and that isn't allowed.
All is fixed now.
