Slick caps

About a thousand years ago, you used to be able to have tires retreaded with soft sticky rubber...Hoozier slick caps come to mind.

Is there any place close that still does this?

Hi Tim,

I think I remember McCoy recaps. I might be wrong. I thought there was
a place in Modesto that had racing recaps. I'm not sure they're still
around.
