UPDATE:

The training is going to be on 3/25, 7:00-9:00 p.m... Barry didn't email you because he said you wouldn't be available that week. Definitely let Barry know if anyone can actually make it to that training. Even if you can't make it on 3/25, but can come on 4/24 and would like to be a classroom instructor, that would be totally okay. I'd really like to see one or two of you Fresno guys get a chance for some Bill Wade classroom training, and it would definitely help smooth your path with the local BMW CCA.

Thanks for the clarification. Yes, it was Cliff and Ron that I met.

The school dates for the students are firm but we have some flexibility on the instructor training. If it doesn't work out for you to attend an instructor training session you might just want to audit the school, or help in a staff position. Also, there is a ton of instruction content available in print (electronically); of course seeing it in action adds significantly to the learning experience.

Drift event on MotorsportReg setup:

I want to make some changes to the registration for the drift events.
We need a free entry for crew positions. This way we can collect names of who we let into the event.
People who want to register day of will not be able to bring in a crew. Only themselves will be allowed into the event.
As all of us know the site is limited on size so we can not have people just showing up to watch the day of the event. Therefore we need a way to limit who shows up at the event on the day of the event. This is why I want a crew question setup on the online entry form so people can list who is coming.
