School details?

Not that I'm anxious or anything :) -- but I'm wondering which parking lot at the fairgrounds we're supposed to be at? The one just west of Chance, across from the main entrance; the north west one just off of King's Canyon; or the one just south of Butler?

Another question is what time to be there? Do you need help setting up or anything that can be done if we arrive early? I'd be happy to help...

At events like this, does everybody bring ther own lunch, etc., or do you turn us loose on the town? :D

The lot is the main 'carnival lot' just off Kings Canyon. The entrance is located directly accross from the McDonalds.

If you like helping, I will be there about 6am on Saturday, I'm sure there will be plenty to do. Setup will be Friday, starting at about 10am, bring a friend!

Lunch has been provided in the past, due to budget and attendance this year, it will not. Most will head to the McDonalds across the street but you're welcome to bring your own. Lunch is scheduled to be only 30 minutes.

Friday looks to be out for me right now. Saturday AM probably won't be a problem to come a little early. What time is the "official" time that students need to be there on Saturday?
