I got word back from the Fresno Fairgrounds today that our dates have been accepted for the 2010 season, with one exception. Event 4 & 5 to be held on 5/15 & 5/16 will need to be moved. They have a car show scheduled that weekend.
I need to know which weekend works best in May for everyone so that we can still have a decent attendance. Below are the weekends in May along with any other events that weekend
5/1 & 5/2 - Event 3 in Atwater Sunday
5/8 & 5/9 - Mothers Day Sunday
5/15 & 5/16 - Car Show Sat & Sun
5/22 & 5/23 - ALMS Laguna Seca
5/29 & 5/30 - Memorial Day Weekend
Green weekends are ones that we can hold an event on. It comes down to this... would you rather we have the event on Mothers Day Weekend, ALMS Weekend or Memorial Day Weekend?
