If you see your name listed as the Responsible/Contact then please have appropriate information available at the meeting.
This is the last chance to volunteer for the two open chief positions: Waivers and Course. Please review the By Laws to see what these positions entail and contact me if you will volunteer for one or both of them. I do not want to appoint these positions, but they must be filled before our first club sanctioned event which is the autocross school. Thank you to those of you who have already volunteered for the other chief positions.
There is a couple more area I want to draw attention to and they are the Purchasing / Pricing and Social Events / Special Events. If you would be willing to get the three prices on any of the items listed as per the By Laws section 6.1.3 10th bullet then please let me know so only one person is looking up the information. With regards to the Social Events / Special Events the board members narrowed down the list of possible ideas to the list shown, so we are not looking for alternative venues but preferred dates and someone to look into them.
Hope to see another good turnout at the meeting and I will adjourn the meeting right around 9:00pm or earlier while postponing any topic not covered until the next meeting.
