i want to join but the site says its $65 for national dues and anywhere from $0-25 for regional dues. so how much is it? im guessin $85.

It all depends....
I paid $75 back in February, but if you use a members#, you will get a discount.

As you can see, the answer is not clear. Base membership is $65, but $20 is added on by SFR. We don't get a dime of that although we are required to pay it. Then there is the member referral discount and the under 25 discount. Who can guess? I can only tell you it cost me $85 to renew this year.

I tell you what, why don't you go through the membership process without clicking on the final "Charge my Card" button (or whatever) and by then you should know.
