Hello, My name is Thad. I've been to a few events over the last two years and two auto-x schools at the Fresno fairgrounds, I'm not an SCCA member, but i figured I'd crash the party (forum) anyway. As I've infiltrated your ranks I've been slowly getting more and more valuable tutelage from several members.
This year I hope to increase my skills exponentially so that they may be adequately squandered in the future.

with the fairgrounds being a larger part of the season than previously, I may be able to participate in more events this year (as funds permit).

Another noob here guys. I didnt even know about the school until this evening. I have been looking forward to this years autox season, as it will be my first time. I have a 95 Mustang Cobra which for the most part all stock. Looking forward to meeting you guys at Atwater in the coming weeks. -Charlie

Hi guys/gals, my name is Lim and this will be my first time autocrossing. I just became an SCCA member and I'm super excited. I've been reading as much as i can to prepare myself for the first day. I didnt know it was this easy and cheap to race.

I can't wait to meet some of you guys out there. I will be driving a white Civic hatchback.Hi Lim. Good to meetcha! Welcome to our sport. When you come out, be sure to look me up. I'll be in the Blue Miata, #22 and I'll be safety steward for the day on Saturday. If I can, I'll try to do some ride-alongs with you for coaching.

Bring some friends so they can play too!

YES, bring friends. Have them fill out the passenger form and they can ride with you or others for free.:D

Yes- there are loaner helmets. Be aware, however, that you may have to share it with another driver. It's tricky, but it always works aout.
