WE HAVE VOLUNTEERS NOW FOR:
Registrar / Registration Help, Event 4, August 1st Cliff Page & Charlie New
Event # 6 Event Chair August 8th Charlie New helpers (Thad Robeck and John Huewe)
Event # 7 Event Chair August 9th Ron Branam

Still need a volunteer for:
Treasurer Help, Event 4, August 1st Fresno Fairgrounds deadline July 31st

Treasurer Help: If you have been the club treasurer in the past then we need your to help with handling the registration payments at the event. Please PM <psychostang>http://www.fresnoscca.com/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=13

Event Chair roles have been filled by Kurt Wong and Ron Branam. Thanks to both for stepping up!

Are the Saturday dates test and tunes or are all four events points events? I also sent a PM to psychostang to help with registration for the Aug 1st and 2nd dates.

I can co-chair the Aug 8th event if someone is willing to help as I have never done this before. Help setting up timing and course layout is a must

Charlie, Thad, and John? I am sure we can get an experienced past chair to help you guys out with the 8th/9th weekend. Only Charlie can put his name on the paperwork since his the only member out of you guys, but you guys are more than glad to help him out so when you guys become members you know how to chair an event.;)
Will one of our experience past event chairs please volunteer for this weekend as you already have 3 people willing to help you out.:cool:

Here is something to consider about this weekend. The trailer will be staying down here in Fresno for the week in between the events, so you will not have to drive up to Atwater to get it but I would suggest finding someone to tow it back up for you after the event on the 9th.
We are getting down to the wire here guys.
Remember no Event Chair = No Event!!!:(
Tomorrow(7/24) is the last day to sign up to make this event happen!!!:eek:
What happened to all of the experience Event Chairs?:confused:
If you like driving at the events then you really should volunteer to Chair one event.;)
Again tomorrow(7/24) last day to make this event happen!!!

Good job on sorting this out guys.

For clarification, I am going to put Ron Branum and Kurt Wong down as the official event chairmen.

I'm sure they expect to see everyone that volunteered to co-chair to be out there helping out. This being a Saturday/Sunday event, that probably means being out there on Friday afternoon to help setup.

I am glad somebody finally volunteered, but Kurt didn't you aleady chair an event this season. It is terrible that people HAVE to chair two events a season so we all can drive.

Yes, Charlie that was meant toward the experienced chairs that have not stepped up and volunteered.

Charlie, I think you and Ron should get the weekend as you and Ron have not Chaired an Event this season. Kurt would you be ok with that? I know Ron is very experienced and can pass on some valuable information to you. I think it is only fair that Charlie get one of the Chair spots since he is a member and offered first. Kurt since you and Aaron have already chaired this year I think you should be backup. Let me know what you guys think.

Im fine with this. I just wanted to make it clear that two people did volunteer and that I am just trying to do everything I can to make sure the events happen, weather I chair or not, because we all know that I need all the seat time I can get:D
