Thanks for working together to pull this event off guys. We all are thankful for your sacrifice as being the event chairs.
I wish I could give feedback about the course but since I neither drove nor rode I have no opinion. :D
Again THANK YOU!!!;)

Had a good time today with the Z06 for its first time out. Met some great people today and I will take heed of the great advice I was given. Im pretty sure I spent more time sideways than having the car actually pointed in a straight line(No complaints here though). Chairs, thanks for a nice, yet tricky, layout. See you guys next month:)

I liked how the course was setup. just wished that my tire would have held up a little longer :D

Thank you Aaron S. and Eric G. for chairing this event. The course was fun and some spots pretty challenging.

You both did an outstanding job. It''s to bad more people didn't show up as the weather and event were both outstanding.

Looking forward to the July 10 event at the fairgrounds and as far as the course goes. I wouldn't mind, Josh, if you wanted to just carry over the drift course from Saturday to Sunday. That'll give us speed guys a chance to have some fast sweepers to play with.

Sure Steve you can run it on July 10th FRI, but I think you meant July 12th SUN. I will have to see what we do on Sunday because I do not have any fully committed Co-Chair for Sunday. I am thinking maybe two consecutive Laps for the Sunday Autocross. Also it depends on how the surface holds up. Don't want any rally event ruts on Sunday :D

Thanks again to Eric and Arron for Doing Event #2!!!

Thanks you guys! It was fun! Those slaloms were pretty tricky, and I enjoyed having to deploy different strategies between the first and second laps!

Josh, how are the photos lookin'? :)

I had a great time. Thanks for the chairs. I'm glad we had 6 runs because I needed all of them LOL!!! I apologize to those who had to clean up for that douche of a driver in the white 88 csp miata (black helmet). I'll give him a good stearn talking to about spinning out on the backside of the course, and for blowing the slaloms about 5 too many times. Thanks again.

Thank you all, it was Aaron's gig, he done the Fresno SCCA proud! Definitely fun with 6 runs, excellent course for dissection of technique and a bit of the drift, nudge, nudge, wink, wink. Even got to work with shock settings, but I can't tune too much, I will start taking it too seriously. ;)

As I sit in the fine accomodations of the Holiday Inn Express in North Platte, NE, I can say I have had more than 1100 miles to reflect in 36 hrs or so... The course looked 'open' when setup happened, but after the first 'big bore' car to go through it, I knew it was a Miata course, what a blast!!

Thanks to all who helped piece together the event, thanks to those who stayed to pick it all up, I think that was one of the fastest clean-ups ever.
I vote to change Fresno SCCA to Fresno Schroeder Car Club of America!

Enjoy the ride,

Eric G

The layout and six runs let me do some much needed tuneup on the Fit's setup! I know what you're thinking, "what can you tune on a Fit?"

This would be a great course for the novice autox folks to get their feet wet, IMO.

Thanks for all the positive feed back! I was unsure how people would like it, but I am really looking forward to getting a chance at designing another course! Maybe I'll weigh your advise more heavily next time, Dan!

Thanks for hosting this event and also for accommodating my disability :).

Sorry that I wasn't able to do more. I would normally help pickup the course, etc. when running/working in the late group, but that's tough to do with a bum knee on crutches.
