Does anyone know this autocrosser?

My wife and I are negotiating to buy a house right now with a guy named Wayne T. Zanetta from Gonzales, CA (just south of Salinas) so I did what any good internet sleuth would do and I googled him. There is a Wayne Zanetta that runs a DMod VW dunebuggy in the SF region. Does anyone know him? I saw Gerald and Ric's names on some of the same results pages, I'm just curious if it might be the same guy.

Every time I've been to SFR events at Marina. I've seen a couple of guys running dune buggys. I have also seen them up at Candlestick. Never met them, but they looked like they enjoyed driving their buggys against each other. They put the Myers Manx in DM cause they basicaly didn't have anywhere else to put them. I have seen an actual DM Atempt with the buggy chassis and it was very fast. If that is the person your dealing with, that is one fast ride!

Also, if this is your first house or your haven't bought a house within three years don't forget the credit from Uncle Sam and the Arnold
