Because the Fresno SCCA seems be on the skids for now:(, I have been looking for other events to attend. The AAS starts their season on 3/28, I might attend, is anyone planing on attending? Are there any other events in the valley other then Sac SCCA?

While I really would like to dodge some cones, I'll be driving Cali Speedway on that day.

David,
I'll be there both days for AAS -- 3/28 & 29. I run first group so will be heading over way too early in the morning. Of course, that's conditional on their having all the paperwork in place.
You might want to look at Marina as well as Stockton.

NorCalUFO has an event at Marina Airfield Marina, CA. this weekend if anyone is interested. It's not a SCCA sanctioned event but the rules and classes are pretty much the same. I want to go there but I'm still in the middle of moving:mad:.
For more info, check out their site:

Ben, looks like that event is drift only. I have a hard enough time controling my car when it's not sliding, I don't know how you guys do it. Thanks for the heads up.

Who all is planning to go to AAS next weekend? Maybe we could meet somewhere and caravan together?

David,
I asked Jesus who said, "We can leave cars and trailers overnight, but we(people) cannot stay there or camp overnight."
Hope that helps.
